Bringing clarity & structure to fast-growing teams

When companies grow fast, priorities blur and execution slows down. I help founders and teams cut through the noise, focus on what matters most, and move forward with confidenceFun fact: 23% of startups fail due to team misalignment and lack of clear vision (ok, maybe not so fun of a fact)

Clarity creates progress

Most growing teams don’t fail from bad ideas. The reason they fail is because of noise. Too many goals, too many productivity "hacks", too many Notion templates...yet too little focus and no clear way to follow through. My approach brings structure without bureaucracy. Sounds too good to be true?

Behind the Curtain

I believe that you should only work with me if you see the value that I bring. If you think you can do it yourself, I'd love to help maximize your chances of success, so here are the 4 steps I generally take in these engagements:1. Start with alignment: Get your leadership team together and make sure everyone agrees on what you’re actually trying to achieve. Don’t move on until you’ve agreed on a shared definition of success2. Turn that vision into a plan people can follow: Translate your goals into something concrete (priorities, timelines, owners, and outcomes). If the plan isn’t simple enough for your team to repeat back to you, it’s too complicated3. Create a rhythm that keeps things moving: Set up consistent touchpoints (weekly check-ins, monthly/quarterly reviews). The goal isn’t more meetings, it’s visibility and momentum4. Build accountability into the system: Make it so progress doesn’t rely on you chasing people. Use clear ownership, visible goals, and efficient tracking so the team holds itself accountable
